Is there a way to search users who aren't friends so that you can join them online (and then become friends?)

My husband is Welshrogue and likes to do challenges but he can't always find people who are doing them or taking them somewhat seriously. Can you search for him and add him or do you just have to happen to find him on line?

I can add PSN Welshrogue to my list of friends to start [My PSN is Lugoves]. Alternatively, Your Husband can go here [Our Sister Blog] http://lugoves.com/JLA/ and any comment he makes pertaining to what challenge [and what game] he needs assistance with will automatically notify about 30 PS3 Players like himself. When you're on the PSN and you know someone's PSN you can invite them to be your friend, and they can see you online & what game you are playing. You don't have to happen accross them while playing online [Though you can] Hope that helps.
